• Learn carriers’ goals and capabilities to maximize satisfaction.
• Monitor activity and reactivate inactive accounts.
• Use automated booking products and apps to improve efficiency.
• Analyze freight market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Proactively post, negotiate, and secure capacity to meet needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve carrier issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and execution.
• Maintain transit visibility and on-time pickup/delivery expectations.
