Job summary

C.H. Robinson is hiring a Capacity Portfolio Representative to build and manage a portfolio of carriers. You will blend inside sales, account management, and operations to match the right truck with the right shipment at the right time and price.

You’ll develop relationships with carriers, learn their goals, monitor activity, and use CH Robinson tools to enhance efficiency and service. This role offers a strong onboarding program, ongoing development, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to establish and maintain carrier relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation and referrals.
• Learn carriers’ goals and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction.
• Monitor activity, reactivate inactive accounts and optimize utilization.
• Leverage CH Robinson tools (booking products, carrier website, mobile apps) to improve efficiency.
