Job summary

C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative to blend inside sales, account management, and operations for a portfolio of carriers.

You will engage with trucking company owners, dispatchers, and drivers to match the right truck with shipments at the right time and price. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, top-tier training, and ongoing development in a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation and referrals.
• Negotiate capacity and pricing to meet customer needs.
• Monitor carrier activity and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Use automated tools to improve carrier satisfaction and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
