C.H. Robinson Worldwide is seeking a Capacity Portfolio Representative who blends inside sales, account management, and operations to grow and manage a carrier portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with trucking company owners, dispatchers, and drivers to match the right truck with the right shipment at the right time and price. The role includes a dynamic onboarding program, top-tier training, and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referrals.
• Learn about carriers’ goals and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfaction.
• Monitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and reactivate them.
• Use automated booking products and carrier website/mobile apps to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates and operational execution.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to improve performance.
