Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Kentucky to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Evening and overnight 12-hour shifts are available, with immediate openings and a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with good communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia and cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
