Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Glasgow, KY is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, mobility, medications reminders, meals, and companionship.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts, weekend availability, competitive pay, and benefits. We value a caring heart and strong communication, with opportunities for growth and training, plus mileage reimbursement and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
