We Care Senior Care, Inc., a Home Instead franchise, is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Overnight 12-hour shifts are needed immediately, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Join our caring team to provide high-quality in-home care, companionship, and support for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other needs while earning competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Heart for an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
