Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Bowling Green, KY is urgently hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join our Home Instead family and live our mission with compassion on 12-hour shifts, some weekends required, and full-time hours available immediately.

As a caregiver you will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and meaningful companionship. Training is provided; CNA experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
