Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes.

We offer 12 hour, 24 hour, and full-time shifts with competitive pay and ongoing training. Join our supportive team and build trusted relationships with clients and families, while earning $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
