Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring caring professionals to provide in-home support for seniors, enabling them to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Evening and overnight 12-hour shifts are available and urgent hiring is noted.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
