Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc., a Home Instead franchise, is urgently hiring caring professionals to help seniors stay safe and comfortable in their homes. We are seeking compassionate caregivers for overnight 12-hour shifts, with a focus on thorough, respectful support.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, medication reminders, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA or home health aide preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
