Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Springfield, TN, is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide trusted care for seniors in their own homes. Overnight 12-hour shifts and daytime hours are available, with entry-level friendly expectations and mentor support.

You will assist with daily living activities, companionship, meal prep, and safety, while reporting changes to the care team. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities, plus training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
