Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is urgently hiring in Brentwood, TN to provide compassionate in-home caregiving. Join a franchise focused on keeping seniors safe and cared for in their own homes, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and career growth.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication reminders, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the care team. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
