Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for at home. We offer 12- and 24-hour shifts, with full-time opportunities and a supportive team that values patience and empathy.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety reporting. Prior caregiving, CNA, or home health aide experience is a plus, but not required. Join us for meaningful, value-driven work and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
