We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is hiring care professionals to support seniors in their homes, delivering compassionate in-home care. The role emphasizes patience, kindness, and strong communication to ensure safety and comfort for clients.

Caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while maintaining client dignity and independence in a supportive home-care environment.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
