We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. If you value patience, kindness, and genuine connection, join our team today.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or similar settings is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building trust with clients and families.
• Empathy, patience, and a willingness to learn are core to the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands assistance.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
