Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities in a respectful, patient manner.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in home or facility settings preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
