Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes. Join a team that values Love as a core principle and provides 24/7 support to our Care Pros.

We offer 12-hour shifts, full-time hours immediately, weekends as needed, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, training, mileage reimbursement, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant desirable—though not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
