Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a Home Instead franchise, is hiring caregivers in Appleton, WI to help seniors stay safe at home. We offer 12- and 24-hour shifts and full-time hours immediately available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ensuring client safety, with ongoing paid training and 24/7 support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
