Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. We offer 12-hour shifts, full-time hours, and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. We provide competitive benefits, PTO, training, mileage reimbursement, 401K with match, and ongoing support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
