We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join a team that values love, patience, kindness, and dedicated support for residents and their families.

We are hiring urgently for 12-hour shifts with full-time hours available immediately; weekends may be required. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, training, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related roles.
• Ability to assist with bathing, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
