ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Tampa, FL to assist leasing consultants, manage rent collection, applications and move-ins while supporting the property team to meet occupancy and budget targets.

The role requires a strong grasp of property management processes, excellent customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. On-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and related Office products.
• Strong organizational, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Review applications and ensure income proof aligns with community guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and confirm all required leasing documents are completed.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines and assist with budgeting.
• Assist with leasing tasks and conduct property tours as needed.
• Respond to resident service requests and escalate when necessary.
• Support Property Manager to achieve occupancy and budgeting goals.
