ZRS Management, LLC in Altamonte Springs, FL seeks an Assistant Property Manager to assist Leasing Consultants, analyze market information and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, handle evictions when needed, approve applications, audit move-ins, and ensure billing accuracy.

This role supports budgeted occupancy goals and may require one weekend per month. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in property management, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and know local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations as needed and ensure community guidelines are met.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income and qualification checks.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are in order.
• Ensure residents’ billing is current and accurate and manage monthly reports.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet service standards.
• Support Property Manager to achieve occupancy and leasing goals and assist with resident events.
