Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer, math and reasoning skills.
• Knowledge of Property Management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan).
• Ability to lead, negotiate and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review and approve applications and ensure proof of income complies with guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all lease documents are uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and bill submission for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation.
• Assist with leasing and conduct tours.
• Handle escalated service requests and maintain customer service standards.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals with the property manager.
• Host resident functions and maximize renewals.
• May require one weekend per month.
