ZRS Management, Jacksonville, FL, seeks an Assistant Property Manager. You will motivate Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and assist in moving toward Property Manager roles.

This position reports directly to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include collecting rents, posting revenue, handling evictions per local laws, approving applications, auditing move-ins, preparing monthly reports, assisting with budgets and bills, and supporting tours and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws and policies.
• Audit move-ins to ensure payments and documents are completed.
• Review applications and ensure proof of income meets guidelines.
• Assist with leasing tasks, show property tours, and support renewals.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Resolve resident situations and maintain customer service standards.
