Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Orlando seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, rent collection, and move-in auditing. You will review applications, enforce guidelines, and assist with budgeting and monthly reporting.

The role requires tech-savvy applicants with strong communication and supervisory skills. You'll work closely with the Property Manager to hit occupancy goals, host resident events, and handle escalated issues while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent computer skills, verbal, math, and reasoning skills.
• Demonstrate strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Possess effective time management skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of marketing via internet, email and social media.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws/policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the PM to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure payment and documents are in order.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, take tours, and host resident events as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet service standards.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals; assist with budgeting.
