Richmond, TX-based ZRS Management, LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to motivate leasing staff, analyze market data, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, file evictions when needed, issue lease violations, and help with applications and move-ins.

Responsibilities include auditing billing, assisting with leasing and tours, and supporting budgeted occupancy goals while maintaining strong customer service and confidentiality in a collaborative team

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred in business/property mgmt.
• Strong computer, math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends when needed.

• Collect rent and ensure revenue data posts correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and know local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are uploaded.
• Ensure residents' billing is correct and up to date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and resident functions.
• Support budget attainment and occupancy goals.
• Handle escalated resident service requests with the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.
