Zusammenfassung

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing efforts, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will report directly to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include rent collection, evictions, lease violations, reviewing applications, move-in audits, billing accuracy, monthly reporting, budget awareness, resolving resident issues, leasing tours, and weekend availability; full-time with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrate excellent computer skills, verbal, math and reasoning skills.
• Strong negotiating and sales abilities.
• Leadership, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and other Office products.
• Familiar with property management software (Onesite, Yardi, RealPage).

Aufgaben

• Collect rent promptly and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review and approve applications with income proof and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins and ensure payments and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and uploading bills for approval.
• Resolve resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist with leasing tours and resident functions.
• Support budgeted occupancy and leasing goals with the team.
• May work one weekend per month.
