Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with case management or coaching preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees enrollment processes and development of skill-building and employment plans.
• Supports participants in pursuing goals and tailoring plans for employment advancement.
• Provides guidance on career exploration, job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and essential job skills.
• Attends community networking events to build employer relationships.
• Delivers training and coaching to participants with diverse abilities.
• Maintains thorough documentation and data entry for participant files.
• Monitors progress toward vocational independence and reports to funding sources.
• Assesses financial wellness needs and refers to counseling when appropriate.
