Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Career Navigator to join the Workforce Development Department in Pittsburgh. You will plan and facilitate career readiness and job placement activities, provide intake, assessments, workshops, and job search support, focusing on coaching and career development to help participants achieve their employment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in job placement with job seekers and/or employers.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Bachelor's/Associate degree paths or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate career readiness workshops during client orientation and enrollment.
• Provide job specific training, support, and supervision to individuals with barriers to employment.
• Collaborate with Education and Training staff to place clients in schools, programs, and trainings to achieve employment outcomes.
