Job summary

Goodwill NCW is hiring to oversee enrollment and develop individualized employment plans in Menasha, WI. You will guide participants toward skill-building and employment goals, while delivering tailored coaching on career exploration, resumes, applications, and interview prep.

Role includes networking with local employers, providing training across diverse settings, and ensuring accurate documentation for funding sources and audits. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Previous case management/coaching experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees enrollment, development, and management of skill-building and employment plans.
• Supports participants in pursuing goals and implementing tailored plans.
• Guides in career exploration, job search, resume, and interview prep.
• Attends networking events to cultivate local employer relationships.
• Delivers training and coaching across settings; may orient new sites.
• Completes documentation and data entry per funding and CARF requirements.
• Identifies group/individual training and professional development opportunities.
• Builds relationships with funding sources and participates in reports, audits.
• Assesses financial wellness needs and refers to appropriate services.
• Other duties as assigned.
