Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with barriers.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching and training to participants.
• Collaborate with Case Manager to tailor training methods.
• Coordinate with supervisors and work site contacts to align support.
• Monitor participant performance and document records on time.
• Orient participants at new training sites and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in accrediting, licensing, and funding audit meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
