Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising to help participants reach career goals.
• Conduct interest and skill assessments to guide career planning.
• Review resumes and offer feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Assist with job searches and online applications.
• Provide career coaching and case management for participants.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and schools.
• Create and run group and individual job search workshops.
• Document case notes and services per policies and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of career resources and labor markets.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all duties.
• Perform duties in line with Goodwill policies; other duties as assigned.
