Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 8 years in social work, training, or related field may substitute.
• Four years of social work, career counseling, workforce development, or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake appointments for job seekers or trainees.
• Assist clients in identifying training/education needs and develop individualized career plans.
• Deliver one-on-one or group instruction in employability skills (resume writing, digital literacy, interview techniques).
• Maintain client records and generate routine reports.
• Create weekly job listings and email leads to clients.
