• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake appointments for individuals seeking employment or training.
• Assist in developing individualized career plans outlining goals and steps.
• Deliver one-on-one or group instruction in employability skills.
• Maintain client flow and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Create weekly job listings and email leads to clients.
• Enter data into databases and generate routine reports.
• Represent the organization professionally in community settings.
