Job summary

Association of American Medical Colleges seeks a Manager, CES Operations to lead the operational execution of Career Exploration Services programs. You will oversee business operations staff, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of annual cycles and customer-facing activities.

The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, develops resource requirements, and tracks performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Project Management or related field or equivalent professional experience.
8-10 years of related work experience.
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience leading operational programs, business processes, and customer engagement activities.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in a matrixed environment.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational staff and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure delivery of annual program cycles.
Translate strategic priorities into operational plans, resource assignments, and measurable outcomes.
Develop and oversee project plans, workstreams, timelines, and milestones across multiple initiatives.
Support customer education and engagement strategies to improve product adoption and knowledge sharing across CES.
