Job summary

The Association of American Medical Colleges is seeking a Manager, CES Operations to lead the operational execution of Career Exploration Services programs. You will oversee staff, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Work will be conducted in a hybrid model with a focus on improving service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee operational plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives and annual cycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support program execution and ensure readiness for product releases and events.
• Oversee outreach plans, training programs, and user support resources across CES programs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching, feedback, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
