The Association of American Medical Colleges is seeking a Manager, Business Development & Engagement to lead customer engagement, account management, and business development for the Career Exploration Services portfolio. The role drives adoption, retention, revenue growth, and market expansion for CiM and VSLO across the U.S.

and beyond. You will oversee a team of client engagement professionals, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to inform

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer relationships, account portfolios, or business development programs.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Experience developing sales forecasts and business growth plans.
• Experience presenting products and services to executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute CES business development and sales strategies to support acquisition, retention, adoption, and revenue growth goals.
• Translate growth objectives into territory plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop revenue projections and market expansion strategies with leadership.
• Support sponsorship, advertising, and partnership revenue opportunities across CES.
• Develop territory strategies and customer segmentation approaches.
