Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Career Services Manager to coach and develop teams responsible for guiding students and alumni toward career opportunities. The role focuses on improving interview readiness, coordinating with employers, and nurturing relationships with students and graduates.

The position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and a culture of wellness and engagement, with remote work flexibility and strong collaboration with the career services network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
• People leadership, multi-tasking, ability to handle a high‑pressure environment, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, written and verbal.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and quality, converting interviews, hires and placements.
• Manage communication, forecasting and support for current students, graduates and alumni.
• Guide graduates through interviews, offers and onboarding with employers.
• Handle manager‑level customer service, re-engagement and de‑escalation calls.
• Conduct coaching sessions and develop team members one‑on‑one.
• Lead a culture of wellness, recognition and engagement; regular feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
