• Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Growth: implement CES strategies to acquire, retain, adopt, and grow revenue across CiM and VSLO products.
• Team Leadership & Territory Management: supervise client engagement and business development staff across territories and portfolios.
• Strategic Account Management & Customer Success: support institutional accounts, renewals, escalations, and expansion opportunities to maximize value.
• Market Development: develop conference, event, and outreach plans; monitor trends and opportunities to inform strategy.
• Sales Reporting, Advertising Support & Business Insights: oversee Salesforce usage, pipeline, forecasting, and reports.
