My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will drive sales, manage store operations, and participate in ongoing training to advance to a Store Manager role. This full-time position offers benefits, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field (Required)
• Retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members
• Work as a team member to exceed person and team goals
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities
