Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering outstanding customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

You will help drive store performance, handle operations, training, staffing, and customer engagements, while pursuing growth opportunities and participating in marketing activities to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist Store Manager with location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
