Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service experience or equivalent.
• Inbound call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support multiple clients across channels.
• Attendance and reliability required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary liaison with callers from multiple client accounts.
• Assist with questions and problems related to claims application and servicing processes.
• Perform claim intake and full-service customer support.
• Educate and inform customers about required documentation and timelines.
• Document call details concisely in the system.
• Direct calls to appropriate contacts or escalate as needed.
• Maintain attendance during scheduled hours.
