Responsibilities

• Maintain client and employee files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality per HIPAA and handle patient records.
• May provide direct training to staff.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Monitor performance of aides to ensure quality service.
• Communicate schedules and changes to clients, aides, and managers.
• Conduct in-home client visits to maintain connections.
• Prepare and submit routine reports.
• Document client condition and overall service.
• Record client satisfaction surveys and trainings where applicable.
• Handle client complaints and incidents; escalate as needed.
• Educate and coach on changes to Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, referral sources, and managers.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
