Job summary

Right at Home Overland Park is seeking a Care Team Specialist to lead field teams, mentor caregivers, and ensure high-quality in-home care. This role requires flexibility to assist with client care, training, emergencies, visits, and quality assurance.

The CTS will travel throughout the Kansas City area, maintain compliance with HIPAA, and uphold company standards while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• Two years in healthcare, home care, or related field preferred.
• Experience delivering personal care in home or facility settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; travel in KC area expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services follow each client's care plan.
• Provide direct client care as needed.
• Assist with care starts, visits, reassessments, and QA visits.
• Fill open shifts due to call-offs or emergencies.
• Communicate client concerns and changes to the team and update care plans.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching for caregivers in home and office.
• Maintain documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support on-call rotation and urgent staffing needs.
• Promote HIPAA compliance and company policies.
