Sharecare is seeking a Care Partner to support CareLinx caregivers after onboarding, building trusted relationships and guiding them to opportunities that match their skills and availability. You will coordinate caregiver and member matches, assist with scheduling and placement, and help ensure continuity of care.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with CareLinx Onboarding Specialists and Care Advisors to answer questions, provide coaching, and share resources that boost caregiver

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & Job Offer Management: conduct interviews, manage offers, and provide engaging caregiver support.
• Shift And Program Support: identify caregivers, collaborate with advisors, and assist with scheduling.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain caregiver relationships through regular communication.
• Support And Engagement: encourage growth opportunities and share policies and resources.
