Sharecare is hiring a Care Partner for CareLinx to ensure caregivers have a smooth and engaging experience. You will act as a point of contact, building relationships, coordinating caregiver and member matches, and supporting scheduling and placement to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes remote work, strong communication, and the ability to identify opportunities that fit caregivers' skills and preferences while aligning with program needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver and member matches and scheduling.
• Support caregivers through onboarding, placement, and continuity of care.
• Conduct interviews and manage job offers for selected caregivers.
• Train caregivers on platform updates and processes.
• Engage caregivers to maximize success and opportunities on CareLinx.
