Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Care Partner to support CareLinx caregivers and members on a remote basis. You will coordinate caregiver–member matches, assist with scheduling, answer questions, and remove barriers to care delivery.

You will build trusted relationships with caregivers, provide coaching and resources, and help ensure a smooth, engaging experience on the CareLinx platform while supporting program goals.

Qualifications

• At least one year in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and job offer management, interviewing and onboarding support.
• Coordinate caregiver–member matches and scheduling across programs.
• Provide ongoing caregiver coaching, resources, and guidance.
• Maintain regular communication with caregivers and resolve questions/barriers.
