Sharecare’s CareLinx division seeks a Senior Care Advisor to guide members through the caregiver search, hire, and retention process, delivering exceptional support and building strong rapport with families.

This remote role requires stellar communication, teamwork with enrollment and care teams, accurate notes in the EHR, and a proactive, confidential approach to service excellence in a fast‑moving healthcare technology environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or enrollment roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on caregiver search journeys with relationship-building.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to families and caregivers.
• Document notes in CareLinx’s EHR system accurately.
• Work with teammates across CareLinx and CareLinx teams.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Stay informed on industry trends and business development opportunities.
• Exhibit a positive CareLinx representative presence to clients and colleagues.
• Take ownership of administrative and high-level tasks as needed.
• Identify trends affecting member experience in caregiver recruitment.
• Deescalate unhappy members and maintain a positive experience.
• Suggest process improvements collaboratively.
• Be flexible with additional tasks and pilot programs.
