Job summary

TimeDoc Health is seeking a results-driven Director of Care Operations to lead its remote front-line care delivery across CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM. You will direct a distributed team of Managers and Team Leads, ensuring productivity, retention, and strict adherence to clinical protocols.

You will collaborate with Clinical Strategy, Workforce Management, and Technology to refine protocols, convert demand into schedules, and ensure trustworthy measurement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large remote care or service teams.
• Experience with CCM/RPM and regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Care Operations team of Managers and Team Leads.
• Own productivity metrics (WEP/hr) and program-level performance across CCM, RPM, BHI, APCM.
• Serve as the face of care delivery to existing and prospective clients.
• Partner with Clinical Strategy, Workforce Management, and Technology to drive process and system improvements.
• Define career paths, compensation, and succession for Care Operations staff.
